Sudbury Regional Hospital is letting people know that there is help for those who may find the Christmas season difficult to cope with.

“With the holiday season comes rushing about, crowds, overspending and overindulging and general pressure to enjoy oneself,” stated a press release. “Anxiety, depression, and family stressors can intensify and are common problems.”
