Carrefour francophone, in association with Conseil scolaire publique du Grand Nord de l'Ontario (CSPGNO), opened its ninth child care centre on Nov. 24.

The centre, located in École publique Franco-Nord in Azilda, is called Boussole des tout-petits (Toddlers' Compass).
