The Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation has provided Creative ELearning Design $24,028 in funding through the Young Entrepreneur Program.

Creative ELearning Design provides online education to employees and students.

"By creating online education that is pedogogically sound and learner centered, we can create opportunities for individuals to acquire the skills and training they require to contribute to our economy," explained Miranda Rocca, owner of Creative ELearning Design, in a press release.

Since being established in 2005, the NOHFC's Young Entrepreneur Program has awarded more than $650,000 into the City of Greater Sudbury's businesses. It has helped more than 30 companies with start up costs and product development.

"Sudbury has an abundance of talented and resourceful young people," explained Sudbury MPP Rick Bartolucci, in a press release. "Our government is committed to supporting them as they take on (the) exciting challenges of merging their knowledge with their entrepreneurial skills."
