Chamber of Commerce elects new board members

The Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce (GSCC) has elected four new members to its board of directors.

The new chair of the board is André Dumais, manager of corporate services at Bestech.

Also named to the board are Julie Dénommé, president and executive coach at Lasting Leadership, as first vice chair, Mark Weiman a partner at Collins Barrow as second vice-chair, and Mike Gribbons, president of Synergy Controls Inc., as Treasurer.

"We have a very strong executive council and board of directors this year with a wealth of business experience," Debbi Nicholson, GSCC president and CEO, said in a press release.

"The chamber is well positioned as Greater Sudbury's voice of business."
