Collège Boréal appoints new dean

Tina Montgomery has been named dean of technology, justice and administration sciences at Collège Boréal.

Until recently, Montgomery oversaw the project management office at Science North, managing the resources tied to a number of programs.

“Having worked for a number of years as the director of Dynamic Earth, she has played a key role in the implementation of Phase II development, all the while establishing and maintaining partnerships with the community,” stated a press release from the college.

“Recipient of the Siemens Award for Leadership, Mrs. Montgomery has many years of management experience at Vale and Siemens.”

Montgomery holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University, as well as a Master of Engineering - Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
