Drivers are being asked to continue to avoid Paris Street, as repairs to a water main break in the area are not yet complete.

The city suggests people take Regent Street instead of Paris Street. Paris Street is down to one lane in both directions between Walford Road and York Street.

“Motorists using Paris Street should expect delays and be aware of construction personnel and officers directing traffic,” according to a press release from Greater Sudbury Police.

The repairs began at midnight Oct. 14, and were originally due to be completed by 6 a.m. Oct. 17.
