Taking the mystery out of grocery shopping

The Sudbury and District Health Unit is holding a nutrition label reading workshop at the Dumas’ Your Independent Grocers store on Lorne Street from 10 a.m. until noon July 18.

According to a press release from the health unit, the workshop is designed to “take the mystery out of grocery shopping.”

Participants will tour the grocery store with a registered dietitian from the health unit.

The workshop is free, but registration is required as space is limited. Participants will receive a free gift.
