City closes two more beaches

Amphitheatre Beach at Bell Park and Camp Sudaca Beach are closed until further notice, according to the City of Greater Sudbury.

Routine water samples taken by the Sudbury and District Health Unit exceeded the acceptable bacteriological water quality standards for bathing beaches.

Advisory signs have been posted. Residents will be notified when the beaches are re-opened to the public.
