Grade 3 St. Raphael Catholic Elementary School student Sara Perry recently collected 27 non-perishable food items for the Sudbury Food Bank all by herself.

The food will be contributed to St. Charles College's annual food drive.

Students from St. Charles visited the elementary school Sept. 21 to get the students excited about the food drive. The goal this year is to collect 60,000 food items.
