Sudbury set to welcome home Duhamel, Radford

Residents are invited to a homecoming celebration for 2013 World Figure Skating bronze medallists Meagan Duhamel and Eric Radford, says the city.

The celebration takes place Saturday, May 18, at Anderson Farm in Lively starting at 10 a.m. with speeches from the guests of honour and community delegates. This will be followed by a barbecue and community meet and greet with the figure skaters.

Autograph cards will be presented to the first 500 attendees.

Residents will be able to celebrate this pairs' recent accomplishments as they set their sights on the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia.
