The community of Skead is rallying around the Steen family, which lost everything when fire gutted their home on Higgins Road on Dec. 18.
While everyone made it out alive and the family is healthy, they were left with only the clothes on their back, said a news release from the Skead Community Centre.
“Please show your community support and offer some assistance wherever and however you can.”
