Ramsey Skating path opens Saturday

Due to recent milder temperatures, the skating area nearest to Science North will be un-usable. The entry to the skating path will be allowed only at the Canoe Club and the path will end with a turn-around point at the Grace Hartman Amphitheatre area. Heated change facilities will continue to be available at the Canoe Club entry during opening hours.

The Ramsey Lake Skate Patrol will be on duty Mondays to Fridays from 4-8 p.m., Saturdays from noon to 8 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m.

The city will continue to monitor the conditions and advise residents of any changes to the skating path.
