Queen’s Athletic Skating Oval reopens today

Queen’s Athletic Skating Oval is now re-opened for the season after city staff worked on the ice surface to make it safe for residents to use.

The Oval will open today at 4 p.m. and close at 10 p.m.

Regular hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from noon-10 p.m. Residents are reminded that hockey, ringette and shinny are not permitted on the skating oval.

Due to fluctuations in temperatures, hours of operation may change without notice. For updates, residents are asked to call the City of Greater Sudbury at 311.
