Beaver Lake invites community to winter carnival

The community is invited to celebrate winter at the Beaver Lake Winter Carnival, which takes place at the Beaver Lake Sports and Cultural Club Feb. 14-16.

Just a few of the events on tap include a spaghetti supper from 5-7 p.m. on Feb. 14, fireworks at 7 p.m. on Feb. 14, a Finn pancake breakfast on both Feb. 15 and 16 from 8-11 a.m., jug curling on Feb. 15 starting at 9 a.m. and a snowmobile fun run on Feb. 16 starting at 9 a.m.

The carnival is raising funds to replace the club's roof.
