The province has invested $425,000 to help the Dr. David Diamond Dentistry Professional Corporation establish a Sudbury dentistry clinic specializing in periodontal and implant surgery.

“By acquiring new equipment and introducing new periodontal services, Dr. Diamond’s practice is providing very important health care for Sudburians closer to home and their families. I am pleased that this investment is also contributing to employment opportunities for ten new staff members,” said Sudbury MPP Rick Bartolucci, in a release.

The investment was made through the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation, which has invested $136 million in Sudbury since 2003 to support 794 projects.
