The event features inspirational talks by Greater Sudbury Police officer and author Hally Willmott and Big Brother Canada contestant and Reiki practitioner Anick Gervais. They will speak about how they've overcome struggles in their lives.

Participants will have the opportunity to create their own locker-sized vision board, depicting what makes them happy.

The event starts at 6 p.m. at the T.M. Davies Community Centre.
