Azilda resident Richard Loiselle recently won $50,000 through playing Instant $100 Million$ Prestige.

The lottery is available for $10 a play, and the top prize is $1 million.

The winning ticket was purchased at Speedy Lotto on Regional Road 15 in Chelmsford.
