A local Chelmsford man is $75,000 richer after winning the top Instant CASHINGO prize.

Robert Boulet, a 37-year-old diamond driller, scratched the ticket at work and thought he had won only $25. After reading the instructions on the card, it became clear that he had actually claimed the top prize.

Boulet plans to use his winnings to pay off his truck, buy a four-wheeler and start saving for his daughter's education.

The winning ticket was purchased at TJ's Kwik Stop on Highway 105 in Red Lake.
