Summer returns … well, sort of

The lack of summer weather for most of August might just turn around — just in time for the kids to go back to school.

A mix of sun and cloud will continue to be forecast for the rest of Monday.

There is a 40-per-cent chance of showers this evening, with risk of a thunderstorm. The high will be 25 C and the overnight low will be 18 C.

Tuesday is expected to be 23 C with a mix of sun and cloud throughout the day. The low for the day will be 12 C.
