Students and staff at Lively’s École St-Paul took part this week in national Anti-Bullying Week activities. On Nov. 18, Const. Michel Brunette from the Greater Sudbury Police Service read stories to the Grade 2 to Grade 4 students. The stories concerned situations where bullying is involved and how it can be prevented. Students then signed a banner to make a pledge they will make a special effort to prevent bullying at school. Also, the members of the student parliament prepared skits about bullying. The skits were filmed and presented to all of the classes. On Friday, Nov. 21, all of the students wore pink shirts to mark the anti-bullying week.
