Sudbury's Northern Lights Festival Boréal is giving people the chance to compete in the "World Series of Beer Pong" in Las Vegas.

Festival volunteers will host Sudbury's Biggest Beer Pong Tournament on Nov. 28 at the Sudbury Events Centre, formerly known as the Mine Mill Hall. The winning duo will be flown to Las Vegas to compete in the international beer pong championships for $50,000.

Participants must be 19 years of age or older to compete. The games will be played with water, although alcohol will be available at the event. The tournament starts at 9 p.m.
