Four people have been displaced from their homes just before Christmas after fire ripped through a home on Lakeshore Drive in Falconbridge last night.
Greater Sudbury Fire Services received the call at 10:47 p.m. It took 14 firefighters and six fire vehicles to contain the blaze in the single-family home.
GSFS describes the fire and smoke damage as heavy. Damages are estimated at $175,000.
No one was injured, the fire service says.
