Noëlville dairy farmer Josée Séguin is featured on the the Faces of Farming calender, put out by the Farm and Food Care Foundation.

Séguin, featured on the calendar's June page, is a fifth-generation farmer who has worked on her family's dairy farm since 2001 and describes her time spent in the barn with her cows as one of her favourite places in the world.

An amateur musician, Séguin has a soft spot for French-Canadian music, and her piano and accordion can often be heard providing musical narration for family gatherings.

When not working, she enjoys fishing, golfing and helping out with her step son's hockey team.

The origins of Séguin's farm — named Ferme Cascade Séguin — date back to 1912, when her ancestor, Louis Séguin, bought the property for $1,750.

Séguin's grandparents, Eusebe and Armande Séguin, bought the farm from Eusebe's uncle in 1952. In 1991, Séguin's parents, Jacques and Angele, took over the farm.
