The Greater Sudbury Police Services second annual Polar Plunge takes place starting at 11 a.m. March 7 at the Ramsey Lake Boat Launch.
The event is a fundraiser for Special Olympics Ontario.
Participants receive a free t-shirt and toque. The top fundraiser receives two Porter Airlines tickets, while the second-place fundraiser receives two tickets to a Leafs game and a paid hotel room.
