Sudbury man elected as provincial real estate director

During its annual conference on March 9-12 in Toronto, the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) announced that Sudbury-based real estate sales representative David Kurt has been elected as the provincial director of the organization.

During its annual conference on March 9-12 in Toronto, the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) announced that Sudbury-based real estate sales representative David Kurt has been elected as the provincial director of the organization.

He will be representing an area consisting of the North bay, Sault Ste. Marie, Thunder Bay, Timmins, Cochrane and Timiskaming real estate boards for a two-year term.

Kurt is a registered salesperson with Coldwell Banker Charles Marsh Real Estate 1989 Ltd. and a member of the Sudbury Real Estate Board, where he served as president in 2014.

The OREA represents 60,000 brokers and salespeople who are members of the 40 real estate boards through the province.
