Repairs to water services may slow traffic April 17 between 5 a.m. and 8 p.m. at the following locations: Second Avenue between Hwy. 17 East and Amanda Street reduced to one lane with a temporary light for traffic control, and northbound lane closure on Barrydowne Road at Woodbine Avenue.
