The federal government presents its federal budget in the House of Commons starting at 4 p.m. this afternoon. The Conservatives are expected to table a balanced budget that includes infrastructure and security spending and breaks for seniors.

The federal government presents its federal budget in the House of Commons starting at 4 p.m. this afternoon.

The Conservatives are expected to table a balanced budget that includes infrastructure and security spending and breaks for seniors.

This budget is being presented about a month later than usual, as it was delayed due to market uncertainty because of the plunge in oil prices.
