Jody Cameron is a Sudbury Catholic District School Board trustee once again.

He was removed from office March 27 after he failed to file his financial statements from last fall's election.

Cameron appealed to the courts for an extension of the filing deadline, and according to a April 23 press release from the Sudbury Catholic board, he was successful in this appeal.

He will be returning to his position as the board's chair immediately, the press release said.

“The board is very pleased to welcome back Mr. Cameron to his position, and to continue to work collectively to support the Sudbury Catholic community,” said the press release.
