Northern Life wins four community newspaper awards

Northern Life is proud to announce it has received the general excellence award in its category at the Better Newspaper Awards Gala, presented by the Ontario Community Newspapers Association.

Northern Life came in first place for community newspapers with circulations between 22,500 and 44,999. This marked the second consecutive year Northern Life has been recognized for general excellence in its category.

NorthernLife.ca was also recognized as the best website for a community newspaper with a circulation exceeding 10,000. It was also the second consecutive year NorthernLife.ca has been recognized as the best community newspaper website in its circulation category.

In addition to the two awards, Northern Life also came in second place in the front page category, for a newspaper with a circulation over 10,0000, and finished in third place in the best photo feature category, again for a newspaper with a circulation over 10,000.
