A community meeting for Long Lake area residents takes place starting at 7 p.m. June 17 at the Gerry McCrory Countryside Sports Complex.

The meeting, organized by Ward 9 Coun. Deb McIntosh, is in response to many concerns expressed over excessive speeding on Long Lake Road.

Representatives from the Greater Sudbury Police Service and the City of Greater Sudbury Roads and Transportation Division will also be in attendance.

Residents are welcome to join the discussion and assist in exploring potential long term solutions.

The meeting takes place in the arena's upstairs meeting room (Gallery).
