A fond farewell for a student trustee

The Rainbow District School Board paid tribute to student trustee Liam Brunton during its June 20 meeting.

Brunton has just completed his term as student trustee.

Board chair Doreen Dewar and director of education Norm Blaseg thanked Brunton for his contributions over the past school year and wished him ongoing success as he pursues post-secondary studies in international business at the University of Ottawa.

Brunton is a graduate of the International Baccalaureate Program at Lo-Ellen Park Secondary School, where he was actively involved in all aspects of school life.
