“Health care for children is a priority for Health Sciences North Foundation,” said Mary Lou Hussak, executive director Health Sciences North Foundation, in a press release.

“With equipment like the Starlight Fun Center, our youngest patients feel more comfortable and less intimidated as they prepare for or respond to treatments. We thank Starlight Children’s Foundation Canada for making a difference in our youngest patient’s experience while in our hospital.”

Health Sciences North Foundation continues to raise funds through the support of donors and funders to purchase equipment, build new facilities and fund life-saving research; all of which have a positive impact on patient care right here at home.
