Hooray! Gas prices continue downward slide

Greater Sudbury's gas prices have fallen once again over the past day.

The city's lowest gas price is at the Independent at the Pumps on Lorne, with a price of 110.9, while the city's highest gas price is at the Estaire Gas Bar, with a price of 119.9, according to GasBuddy.com. Most local gas stations are sitting at around 112.6, or slightly lower or higher.

For comparison's sake, gas prices in nearby Sturgeon Falls range from 107.7 to 109.9.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 106.0, while the lowest gas price, 79.7, is in St. Catharines.
