The Sudbury and District Health Unit has removed the signs advising people against swimming at the Capreol Beach.

The health unit issued the advisory on Aug. 20. The most recent water samples taken at the beach are within acceptable bacteriological water quality standards for bathing, the SDHU said today.

The Health Unit takes routine water samples every week during the summer from 33 local beaches.
