Recall of seasonal lights expanded

On behalf of the manufacturer, Loblaw Companies Limited is expanding a previous recall of Life at Home seasonal lights to include the following products:

• Life at Home Indoor M5 Warm White LED Lights set of 70 
• Life at Home Indoor Multicolour Snowflake or Star LED Lights set of 35 
• Life at Home Indoor Pure White Snowflake or Star LED Lights set of 35 
• Life at Home LED Indoor Multicolour Lights set of 35 
• Life at Home M5 Warm White LED Lights set of 35 
• Life at Home Indoor Clear Miniature lights set of 100 
• Life at Home Indoor Multicolour Miniature Lights set of 100 

The products have been sold since Sept. 1 at the following Ontario stores: Fortinos, Loblaws, No Frills, Real Canadian Superstore, Valu-Mart, Your Independent Grocer and Zehrs.

The products are being recalled since they did not meet CSA standards and may pose a fire/electric shock hazard. No customer complaints have been reported and all units have been removed from store shelves.

Customers can return the product to the place of purchase and the customer service desk will provide a full refund, with or without a receipt.
