LCBO stores will be closed on Feb. 15 for Family Day, a statutory holiday under the Retail Business and Holidays Act.

Some LCBO agency stores will observe their normal hours of business on Feb. 15, if they have approval to open from their local municipality.

Agency stores are locally-owned retailers that contract with LCBO to sell beverage alcohol, along with other products, in communities that are too small to support LCBO stores.

LCBO offices, including LCBO Customer Service and the helloLCBO Contact Centre, will also be closed on Family Day.

For more information, customers should contact the toll-free, bilingual helloLCBO Contact Centre at 1-800-668-5226 or online at www.helloLCBO.com.

For people entertaining over the Family Day long weekend, LCBO store staff can provide tips and recipes to help them entertain responsibly and help ensure guests get home safely.

Responsible hosting information is also available at www.deflatetheelephant.com.

Don't forget to bring a reusable bag when you shop at LCBO and please take your empty beverage alcohol containers (large and small glass bottles, PET plastic, Tetra Pak cartons, bag-in-box and cans) to The Beer Store for a full deposit refund.
