A few flurries are expected in the morning before clearing in the early afternoon. High of -16 with temperature falling to -21 in the afternoon. Wind chill -32.

A few clouds in the evening and the temperature will take a steep drop, getting down to a low of -31, feeling like -43 with the wind chill.
