John Baird, who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Harper government, will be presented with an honourary doctorate of sacred letters at Huntington University next week.
The convocation ceremony will be held on March 23 at 7 p.m. at Sudbury Theatre Centre.
The ceremony will also recognize students from Huntington University with scholarships for academic achievements and community service.
