  • Pretty hard to find a missing person unless they give a description along with a picture. I''m sure the concerned parents would have to give authorization for it to happen. However, the police should be releasing names of people charged with various offences so their neighbours, friends could help keep track of them so the police aren''t constantly chasing them. Example: Guy driving who had licence suspended for 3 years. When no one knows how do you contact the police to indicate he''s breaking the law and before he kills someone.

  • There it is folks! Name, age (fifteen), description, history of running away, even a picture. Yet when some greasy punk tries to kill someone and even succeeds ... NADA. Even if the person is NOT a “young offender”

  • Another frequent runner. Maybe she needs a more stable home from which she can''t run. Something like a detention centre.
