A 15-year-old male was arrested Sunday night (March 7), after he pulled a knife on two men after egging a house.

According to a news release from the Greater Sudbury Police, the youth threw an egg at a house, causing minor damage.

When the residents of the house came out and confronted the youth, he pulled a large knife out from under his clothes and threatened them.

Both men immediately left the area, and contacted police. Neither was hurt.

The youth was located by police a short time later and was arrested and held pending a bail hearing scheduled for March 8.

He is being charged with a count of possession of a dangerous weapon, and two counts each of threatening death and assault with a weapon.

  • Give me five minutes with him behind the wood-shed.

  • Way to say it right JBender. Kids don't have any boundries today. And they need them.

  • Instead of anger management how about a good swift kick in the ass for this kid.

  • northernangel, ya gotta try to comprehend what you read. The youth that pulled the knife, is the one who egged the house. The 2 men were in the house that was egged. Throw the punk in jail.

  • this kid has probably been following the good roll models portrayed by the media here in Sudbury thanks to the stike. What do you think children will think when so called "grown-ups" are parading downtown with profanity written on their shirts, parading an over-sized grim reaper, displaying hatred signs, hanging a mannequin from a noose, flipping cars, vandalizing homes, slashing tires, assaulting individuals.. the list goes on. Not that this makes his actions right.

  • I'm not endorsing what this young man did at all, he obviously needs some kind of anger management or counselling, but what about the two guys that egged the house? What are the reprocutions for their actions..

  • Throw that little jerk in jail,I don't care about ages. They know what they are doing and because of his age,he knows that he will get away with what he did.He definitely shoe be put in jail.
