A 21-year-old Greater Sudbury man was arrested March 17 around 12:30 p.m. for breaching the conditions of his probation.

Greater Sudbury Police responded to an assault complaint on Ste. Anne's Road. Once they arrived at the scene, they were redirected to the corner of Elm and Durham Streets.

Though no one wished to go ahead with the assault complaint, investigation into the involved revealed the 21-year-old was in violation of his terms of probation.

He further complicated issues by kicking out some of the windows of the rear of a marked police vehicle. The damage is estimated at about $300.00

The accused is scheduled to attend bail court March 17.

  • So the "mall cops" got your buddy on probabtion, had him breach it and then got him to boot out the windows of a cruiser once he was arrested. Man, those are some cool Jedi mind tricks.

A 21 year old man is responsible for his own actions, good or bad.

YO DOG! Youre a freakin Idiot. Your in Sudbury, Not Toronto. I have alot of Good, Law Abiding balck friends in this city. I dont know of any incodents where they were roughed up or abused because they were black. I have worked in the downtown core for years now and have seen some of the Childish, Immiture, Punks like you hanging about (jus chillin) at the mall or the bus or tims. Why the hell dont you punk bitches get a freakin job or an education rather than spending all your wasted days being a mall rat.
Another thing, we live in a civilized society with rules to live by called laws. Maybe sometimes even good people have there run in's with the law. BUT! A real man, and we all heard the sayings, Will do the time if he does the crime. Being on this site you should know what people on here think of the courts and the punnishments being handed down. This Jackass at the mall already had his run in and was handed down that, oh so hard sentance of "probation". And with probation comes some restrictions to his behaviour. If this little biatch cant follow the simple rule of probation then he deserves to be left behind bars and better get used to it because obviosly anyone who cant get through probation without additional charges is destined to a life there

  • FUCKIN MALL COPS FUCKIN MO FUCKS FUCK YOU STEVE WILKOS

  • That guy should stay in jail for what he did and should pay for the damage he caused on the police vehicle.
