Police seeking man after he allegedly breaches probation terms

Michael Ivey turned himself in to the police April 26.

The Sudbury Rainbow Crime Stoppers are seeking the public's assistance in locating the  fugitive of the week, Michael Ivey.

Ivey is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for allegedly breaking the terms of his probation, which was to remain away from and not communicate with the victim of a 2009 assault.

He is currently wanted on four counts of breach of probation.Ivey is described as a white man, six foot tall, around 185 pounds. He has brown eyes, and brown hair.
