Crime Stoppers offers reward for info on Chelmsford groper

Sudbury Rainbow Crime Stoppers is offering a guaranteed reward of $1,000 for tips leading to the arrest of the man or men responsible for three separate incidents of sexual assault in Chelmsford.

In all three incidents, the women were walking in the area when a man approached them and touched them inappropriately, a press release from Crime Stoppers stated. The incidents happened on Aug. 5 and Aug. 15.

Police believe a single person is responsible for all three assaults, though it has not been confirmed.

The suspect is described as a white man, 20 to 30 years of age, around five-foot-four to five-foot-seven tall, and between 130 and 150 pounds. During the three incidents, he was wearing dark clothing, including a black baseball cap.

Tips received before midnight, Sept. 7, will be eligible for a $1,000 reward if the tips lead to an arrest. Tips received after Sept. 7 will be issued reward based on the normal process of deciding reward amounts.

    It's a shame that still do things like this. Also if he realy is between 130 and 150 pounds then i hope he runs into a woman with martial arts training so he could get a good beating.
