The Greater Sudbury Police are asking the public's assistance in finding missing 16-year-old Ashlea Moreau.

The missing teen has only lived in Greater Sudbury for about two weeks and has no family or known friends in town, according to a press release from the police.

Her parents are concerned as Moreau was supposed to be on a bus from downtown to New Sudbury around 3 p.m., but she did not return. She was last seen getting on the bus at the downtown depot.

Moreau is described as five-foot-six tall, 150 pounds, with black hair with purple highlights. She was wearing a black shirt with a large grey skull on it, black skinny jeans, wrist elastics, converse style black shoes, and a black messenger bag covered with red anarchy symbols.

Anyone with information about Moreau or her whereabouts are asked to contact the police at 705-675-9171, or Sudbury Rainbow Crimestoppers by phone at 705-222-8477 (TIPS), online at www.sudburycrimestoppers.com, or by text message to 274637 (CRIMES), starting with the word TIPSUD.
