  • andre, this guy was only ACCUSED of being impaired.
Furthermore, you're WRONG about alcohol. R-E-A-D the story. He was charged with being impaired by DRUG.

Pay attention MADD revisionists. And pot tokers too. This is a DRUGGIE accusation.

  • bill have to agree with you here. Once is enough before these people kill somebody! Take away their vehicles and make sure that they learn their lesson. Suspension is not enough obviously with these drunken scumbags
As they keep on doing it!!

  • CC.They could keep the habitual / prohibited drivers off the roads if they were to impound their vehicles.

  • Ok Bill..although I do think the courts do more in ways of punishment, do you really think they can keep prohibited drivers from actually driving? Or do you think they should incarcerate everyone that is prohibited from driving? If you are going to vent, please do so responsibly....

  • Our court system is doing a MIGHTY fine job in keeping suspended drivers along with ones who are under probation orders which prohibits them from driving off the streets. Sure would like to thank the lawyers and judges for looking out for everyones safety. Maybe it will take one of their relatives to get killed before they get the message that something they are doing isn't working.
