A 30-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving and blowing over 80 after Greater Sudbury Police stopped him in the city's downtown for a traffic violation, Dec. 13.

Upon approaching the driver, the officers noticed he'd been drinking, according to the press release. The man failed alcohol screening tests.

The suspect has been released from police custody pending a court date later this month.
