The NHL team ring was located inside the residence by the homeowner.

Greater Sudbury Police Service is looking for suspects wanted in connection with two separate break and enters that occurred at about 2:30 p.m. on May 7.
Officers responded to a break, enter and theft on Danforth Avenue in New Sudbury. The homeowner called police from a neighbour’s house after seeing their own house had been entered. The owner believed the suspects were still present.
Officers checked the residence, but the suspects had fled the area on foot. One of the items taken from the residence included an authentic NHL team ring of great sentimental value to the victim. Forensic evidence was obtained from the scene.
Another break, enter and theft was reported on Westmount Avenue in the vicinity of Fielding Street at about the same time. The suspect or suspects entered the rear residence and removed jewelry, electronics and a wallet. Suspects also left on foot.
Police believed that both crimes were committed by the same person or persons.
