A 22-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving after ditching a 2005 Kia Rio on June 21 on Radar Road east of Skead Road, according to Greater Sudbury Police Service.
Officers responded to the collision at 9:55 p.m. After the driver was cleared by EMS, officers determined he had been drinking. He failed the roadside screening device, and was taken to police headquarters.
In addition to the impaired charge, he licence has been suspended for 90 days, and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
