A 20-year-old and 22-year-old were arrested around 2 a.m. Aug. 4 after Greater Sudbury Police determined they were responsible for several incidents of property damage in the Lasalle area. “Star” tags had been painted from Montrose Street to Notre Dame — the graffiti was done to buildings, a bench, traffic control box and a bus shelter.

Both men were arrested for eight counts of mischief. They were both breaching conditions of court orders too.

The younger man was found to be in possession of marijuana as well. Both boys were held in custody pending a bail hearing.
