Business owner fights off attempted theft

A 23-year-old man faces break and enter, mischief and assault charges after allegedly fighting with the owner of a business he was attempting break into, said Greater Sudbury Police Service.

Police responded to the call at 1:40 a.m. Sept. 11 at an Elm Street business. When officers arrived, the business owner was already there and fighting with the suspect, who was arrested without further incident.
